As a representative of this organization, I have read and agree to abide by the policies, regulations and safety guidelines as put forth by Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks regarding the Helping Hands Keep Parks Green program.

I understanding it is my responsibility to have all participants of my organization involved in the Helping Hands Keep Parks Green programs sign the Department’s volunteer waiver form.

I understand that the Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks will make the final determination as to whether to accept the volunteer services offered for the Helping Hands program and can discontinue that service at any time.

I understand that the Department of Recreation and Parks will contact me to finalize an agreement with specific start and end dates. Typically, agreements will end at the conclusion of the current calendar year and may be renewed on a yearly basis.
