Permit Rules and Conditions
The holder of a permit issued by Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks shall be financially responsible for any damage to any park facility
The issued permit is non-transferable and must be on full display while entering and parked at Piney Run Park
I understand that I cannot give the gate combination to any person and in doing so will revoke my permit
The access gate must be closed and locked at all times after entering and exiting the park
Any vehicles within the parking lot MUST be hooked up to a horse trailer.
By signing this release of liability and using the access gate, I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Carroll County Commissioners, its employees and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my use of the Piney Run Park Equestrian Area. I have carefully read the release of liability and understand, agree with and accept its terms and conditions.
